Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a team member to maintain grocery stock levels and support store operations. You will ensure products are displayed per standards and help customers, while following food safety rules and company policies.

Responsibilities include restocking, rotating dated items, operating equipment, and assisting customers with price checks and locating products. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Minimum age 18 to operate equipment.
• Must be 21 or older to drive for company business.

Responsibilities

• Maintains full stock conditions on grocery display racks and shelves to ensure products are available for customers.
• Operates pallet jack to unload product from warehouse trucks and reload trucks with return items.
• Ensures dated product is stocked, rotated, or discarded properly if unsold.
• Assists customers by answering questions and helping locate products.
• Promotes product sales through suggestive selling and friendly service.
