Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Minimum 18 years to operate equipment.
• 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintains full stock conditions on grocery display racks and shelves.
• Operates pallet jack to unload product and reload trucks with returns.
• Ensures dated product is stocked, rotated, or discarded properly.
• Inspects product for quality and maintains food safety standards.
• Collects boxes and trash and places into bailer (18+).
• Responds to price checks and assists customers locating products.
• Promotes sales via suggestive selling initiatives.
• Provides friendly, customer-service attitude and handles complaints.
• Keeps a clean, safe, sanitary environment following safety procedures.
• Takes precautionary safety measures when using equipment and tools.
• Reports hazards to a supervisor when not immediately fixable.
