Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers, stock and package products, and ensure compliance with grocery standards while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma, basic math skills, and a willingness to participate in required training to improve customer satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, and write simple correspondence in English.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic with dollars and measurement units.
• Reasoning ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations.
• Provide customer service, stock and package products according to grocery standards.
• Clean work areas and assist with unloading and reloading stock; maintain safety.
