Job summary

Harris Teeter seeks a warehouse associate to ensure excellent customer care by meeting shopper needs and supporting store operations. Primary duties include processing/packaging/stocking products, cleaning work areas, and assisting with unloading and reloading salvage.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 60 pounds, work as part of a team, and communicate effectively in English. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and associates in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for processing, packaging, and stocking products per Grocery Standards.
• Provide customer service, unload stock, and reload salvage as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and cooperate with team members.
