Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking warehouse associates who will take excellent care of customers by understanding their needs and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. You will process, package, and stock products to Grocery Standards while keeping work areas clean.

You will unload stock and reload salvage, contributing to a team that makes Harris Teeter an incredible place to work and shop. Applicants should be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to participate in required training.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding expectations through product knowledge, sales ability, and customer relations.
• Process, package, and stock products according to Grocery Standards; clean work areas.
• Provide customer service, unload stock, and reload salvage.
