Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure product processing, packaging, and stocking meet Grocery Standards. You will assist with cleaning tasks and help unload and reload stock while delivering friendly customer service.

The role requires reading, writing, and speaking English, with a focus on teamwork and safety in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English and to communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Process/pack/stock products according to Grocery Standards.
• Clean work areas and maintain safety and sanitation.
• Provide customer service during unloading stock and reloading salvage.
