Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking warehouse associates to support our customer-first goals. You will use product knowledge, assist customers, stock and package products, and help unload and reload stock while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires basic English, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and teamwork to ensure timely restocking and availability of products. Training will cover safety, product knowledge, and customer service procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
• Ability to present information to customers and associates who speak English.

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by meeting needs and exceeding expectations.
• Stock, package, and stock products according to grocery standards; assist unloading/shipping.
