Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a warehouse associate to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. You will use product knowledge and teamwork to maintain a clean, organized store and support sales.

The role involves processing, packaging, stocking products to Grocery Standards, unloading stock and reloading salvage, with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety. Minimum age 18 and GED or high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Complete company training including but not limited to new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, and product knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Process/packaging/stocking of products according to Grocery Standards; cleaning work areas.
• Provide customer service unloading stock and reloading salvage.
