CRO-US is seeking a Grocery Reset Merchandiser to support our grocery client in Perry Hall, MD. The role is part-time, with a 5 AM start and local store travel within a territory. You will merchandise, reset, stock shelves, and ensure planogram compliance while using a mobile app to upload photos and surveys.

Ideal candidates have planogram experience, are 18+ with reliable transportation, and can lift up to 50 lbs. Previous merchandising or bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.

• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.

What We’re Looking For

• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 5 AM start time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.
• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus!
