Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Grocery Reset Merchandiser to support our grocery client in Bel Air, MD. You’ll merchandise, reset, and stock sections by planogram, upload photos via a mobile app, and build professional relationships with store personnel.

The role is part-time with a 5 AM start, requires 18+ years old, reliable transportation, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and access to a smartphone. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. CROSSMARK offers weekly pay, training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with planograms preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 5 AM start.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
