Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, motivated Grocery Reset Merchandiser in Owings Mills, MD. You will merchandise, reset, and stock store sections according to planograms, upload photos via a mobile app, and build strong relationships with store personnel.

This part-time role requires early hours (5 AM start), working with a reputable grocery client, and potential travel to multiple stores within the territory. Training is provided, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Access to a smart device and internet is required.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 5 AM start time.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 5 AM start time.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.

• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.

• Access to a smart device and the internet.

• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.

• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus!
