Job summary

CROSSMARK in Windsor Mill, MD is seeking a Grocery Reset Merchandiser to support our grocery client. You will merchandise, reset, and stock store sections according to a planogram, upload store visit photos through a mobile app, and build professional relationships with store management.

Availability Monday through Friday with a 5 AM start is expected. You must be 18 years or older, have reliable transportation to travel to multiple stores, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work Monday–Friday with a 5 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.

What We’re Looking For :

• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 5 AM start time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.
• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus!
