Job summary

CROSSMARK in Ellicott City, MD is seeking a Grocery Reset Merchandiser to support a major grocery client. You will merchandise, reset, stock sections per planogram and upload photos via a mobile app.

This part-time role requires early weekday starts, travel to multiple stores, lifting up to 50 lbs, and building relationships with store staff. Competitive weekly pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 5 AM start time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.
• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
