The Kroger Co. is seeking a dedicated team member to create an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment in Anchorage. You will assist the department manager to achieve sales and profit goals while upholding safety, cleanliness, and quality assurance standards.

You will help with receiving, inventory management, and adherence to food safety guidelines, while supporting associates and maintaining a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Report safety risks, theft, or fraud to management.
• Notify management of accidents involving customers or employees.
• Develop and train back-up personnel for receiving (DSD).
• Ensure security of the receiving area.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs as needed.
• Maintain proper temperature logs and food safety compliance.
• Stay current with ads and promotions for accurate stocking.
• Oversee inventory management for delivered products.
• Process damaged/returned goods and complete paperwork.
• Ensure shipping/receiving tools function properly for smooth transitions.
