GROCERY/RECEIVING CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

• Any receiving experience.
• Second language skills (speaking, reading, and/or writing).
• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Reporting safety risks, issues, and illegal activities.
• Notifying management of accidents.
• Developing and training backup staff.
• Ensuring security and safety of the receiving area.
• Inspecting equipment and maintaining proper temperatures.
• Adhering to food safety regulations.
• Managing inventory and processing damaged or returned goods.
• Checking the condition and accuracy of received products.
• Maintaining tools and inventory logs.
• Reporting discrepancies and promoting a positive, cooperative work environment.
• Managing conflicts and acting with integrity.
• Supporting interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Salary Range: $16.91 - $25.15
