Job summary

ShopRite of Milford is hiring a Receiver to deliver a great customer experience while safely and efficiently maintaining a neat warehouse. The role includes receiving deliveries, protecting company assets, and performing tasks per company policy.

Must be able to read and write English, perform basic math, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally). Responsibilities include stocking, checking invoices, greeting customers, promoting promotions, and following safety andQA

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include: able to read/write/speak English, basic math, standing/walking for shift duration, ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with fresh, dried, and/or processed products and tolerate dust/cleaning agents.
• Ability to interact with customers and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Monitor storage area for cleanliness and prepare for next shift.
• Verify invoices for accuracy and protect company assets.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Unload trucks and transport merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and QA standards.
