Job summary

The River Food Pantry seeks an organized, customer-focused ePantry & Food NOW Coordinator to lead our online grocery program and after-hours locker program. You will supervise orders, inventory, and distribution, serving as a liaison for clients and partners.

Responsibilities include FEFO storage, budget tracking, CRM data entry, and volunteer training, with opportunities to support other programs and report to donors and agencies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer/client service.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.
• Multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ePantry online grocery program and the Food NOW locker program.
• Ensure food storage follows pantry, state and federal guidelines (FEFO).
• Manage inventory, place orders, and track monthly expenses.
• Train, lead and support volunteers and communicate with clients.
