Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams and new item tags; prepare work area for section resets.
• Break down sections to optimize customer shopping flow.
• Re-position shelving and place products per updated schematics.
• Maintain a clean work area and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Follow KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, and teamwork.
• Practice safe lifting; adapt to reduced hours with additional support as needed.
