Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required.
• Personal tape measure and safety gloves needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections to allow customers to shop other sections.
• Re-position shelving and place product per updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Follow guidelines for KOMPASS employees including timeliness and teamwork.
• Practice safe lifting.
• During reductions in scheduled hours, assist with additional store support outside normal duties.
