Job summary

P.L. Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented associate to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in a Kroger grocery environment. The role focuses on reading plan-o-grams, preparing work areas, and updating shelving according to revised schematics.

You will work independently, maintain professional conduct with store management, and ensure safety and timeliness while supporting store operations and customer flow. Previous retail experience is helpful, and the job requires physical stamina.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with data access may be required for app installation.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections to improve customer shopping flow.
• Re-position shelving and place product per updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain professionalism with customers and store staff.
• Follow guidelines for timeliness, productivity, teamwork, and clocking in/out.
• Practice safe lifting and assist with additional store support during periods of reduced hours.
