Job summary

Kroger is seeking a part-time plan-o-gram associate to complete weekly section work in a grocery setting. You will read and implement plan-o-grams, prepare shelves, and help customers while maintaining store standards and safety.

Responsibilities include assembling plan-o-grams, updating shelving per schematics, reporting completion, and working with store management. Requires English fluency, high school diploma, and physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Read and understand plan-o-grams
• English fluency (read/write)
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves
• Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and stand for hours
• Smartphone with internet/data access required

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams
• Collect plan-o-grams and new item tags; prepare work area to complete section reset
• Break down sections to guide customers to shop other sections
• Re-position shelving according to updated schematic
• Clean up work area
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and immediate supervisors
• May work independently with little supervision
• Be professional and helpful when dealing with customers
• Maintain good relations with store management and staff
• Comply with KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, teamwork, and clocking in/out
• Practice safe lifting
• During periods of reduced hours may perform additional store support outside normal duties
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation
