Job summary

P.L. Marketing is seeking a merchandise associate to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in a Kroger store environment in Coppell, TX.

The role involves reading plan-o-grams, collecting tags, preparing the work area, and rearranging shelves to match updated schematics, ensuring customers can shop other sections easily. You will work independently with minimal supervision, maintain safety and professionalism with customers and store staff, and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and fluent in English.
• Smartphone with data access is required for app use.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.
• Read, write and communicate in English; read plan-o-grams.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to aid customer flow.
• Re-position shelving and place product per updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Can work independently with little supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relations with store management and staff.
• Follow guidelines for timeliness, productivity, teamwork, communication and clocking in/out.
• Practice safe lifting.
• During reduced hours, perform additional store tasks as needed.
• Must perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
