P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a field associate to perform weekly plan-o-gram resets in grocery stores. You will read plan-o-grams, prepare displays, and ensure sections are organized for customer flow.

The role requires strong English communication, a smartphone for app use, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. You will work with Kroger store teams and must maintain professional conduct on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Smartphone with data access required.
• Provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to allow customers to shop other sections in that aisle.
• Re-position shelving according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Follow guidelines for clocking in/out and other procedures.
• Practice safe lifting.
• May be assigned extra store support during reduced hours.
