Job summary

PLMarketing is seeking a team member to complete plan-o-gram work in a grocery store on a weekly schedule. You will read and implement plan-o-grams, collect new item tags, and prepare the work area for section resets.

Responsibilities include repositioning shelves, reporting completion to Kroger and supervisors, and maintaining professional customer interactions. Basic English, a smartphone, and basic lifting abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Read and understand plan-o-grams in a retail setting.
• Read, write and communicate in English fluently.
• Be capable of using a smartphone for job tasks and apps.
• Provide personal tape measure and safety gloves as needed.
• Retail store experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams and manage weekly work in a grocery store.
• Collect plan-o-grams and new item tags; prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Re-position shelving and place products according to updated schematics.
• Keep work area clean and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and remain professional with customers.
• Maintain good relations with store management and staff.
• Abide by KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, teamwork, and clocking in/out.
• Practice safe lifting; perform extra store support during holidays or urgent needs.
