Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Coordinator to lead day-to-day department operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure fresh, safe products meet company standards.

You will assist in scheduling, staff development, inventory, pricing and display, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety procedures. Previous retail or natural foods experience is preferred, with at least a high school diploma and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
