Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator to lead daily operations in the department, ensuring superb customer service and strong merchandising execution. You will supervise ordering, stocking, pricing, and backroom organization while promoting a safe, efficient work environment.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years in retail, and at least 1 year of management experience, with a plus for natural foods familiarity. Weekly pay and growth opportunities await.

• Assist in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet needs.
• Promote career paths and development within departments.
• Support disciplinary actions and conduct promotions.
• Meet or exceed department sales, labor and margin goals.
• Review goals, costs, and stock performance; adjust as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product consultation.
• Train department team and ensure compliance with safety processes.
• Maintain backroom organization and pricing accuracy.
• Lead in the absence of the Dept. Manager.
