Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing selection and hiring to meet needs.
• Support promotion decisions and career path planning within the department.
• Provide disciplinary input and assist with discharge recommendations.
• Achieve sales, labor and margin goals for the department.
• Review sales goals, costs, shrink results and targets.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper stocking and display.
• Train department staff and ensure required certifications are completed.
