Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 1 year of supervisory or department leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with positive attitude toward customers.
• Proven leadership to motivate and maintain staff and analyze reports.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Food Safety certification and knowledge of regulations must be maintained.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of multiple departments (Grocery, Dairy, Frozen, Beer/Wine).
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and shrink control.
• Unloading deliveries and verifying invoices; report shortages/overages.
• Coach and develop team; conduct performance reviews; promotions decisions.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and compliance across departments.
• Lead meetings and collaborate with Store Manager on staffing and promotions.
