Job summary

Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital is seeking a Grocery Manager to assist Store Management in all aspects of Grocery department operations and to serve as Manager on duty when Store Director and Assistant Store Director are not on duty.

You will supervise associates, manage schedules, process invoices, inventory and pricing changes, and ensure safe, efficient operations across warehouse, chill cases and sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old per policy.
• Food handling license required.
• First Aid / CPR / AED Certification required.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains proper and efficient service of customers.
• Supervises associates and recommends disciplinary action in department.
• Manages work schedules, assigns tasks, trains staff and enforces policies.
• Handles invoices, department reports, inventories and supply ordering.
• Oversees warehouse, dairy/chill cases and grocery floor maintenance.
