Littleton’s Market is seeking a passionate and flexible leader to head the Grocery Team. The Grocery Manager will oversee daily store operations, staff supervision, ordering, and inventory control, and be accountable for profit and loss while maintaining food safety standards.

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience, executing merchandising strategies, and driving sales through clean presentation, vendor coordination, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a grocery store setting.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to learn on the job and receive training.
• Ability to develop product knowledge.
• Strong communication with vendors and team.
• Independent worker who can start without supervision.
• Collaborative and able to work with others.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Grocery Team and supervise staff.
• Oversee ordering, inventory control, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety compliance and merchandising.
• Respond to guest feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels and manage vendor relationships.
• Reduce out-of-stocks and shrinkage.
• Support sampling events and vendor demos.
