Littleton's Market is seeking a passionate Grocery Manager to lead the Grocery Team and oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, ordering and inventory control, and profit-and-loss accountability. You will ensure food safety compliance, execute merchandising strategies, and deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain a respectful, professional and team-orientated work environment while being fair and consistent with employees.
• Ensure all guests receive exceptional service. Respond promptly and effectively to guest feedback and ensure the resolution of any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and order stock to maintain appropriate levels, manage vendor relationships, and track shipments to minimize out-of-stocks and shrinkage.
• Regularly monitor department sales and develop and implement strategies to grow overall sales through all relevant avenues.
• Set up samples and interact with customers during sampling events.
• Help vendors with demos.
