Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Grocery Manager in Baltimore, MD to lead store teams, manage department inventory, and ensure pricing integrity. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and a passion for excellence to drive results.

You will be responsible for directing team members, ensuring proper receiving and stocking, and maintaining standards across store operations. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, or culinary settings.
• Ability to read and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics for merchandising.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide accurate, timely service.
• Make recommendations and accommodate requests.
• Manage ordering deadlines and shrink/damage reduction.
• Receive/stock goods following rotation standards.
• Direct teams to rest, merchandize, and uphold The Fresh Market standards.
• Coach and train team members on-the-job and via internal training.
