Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in grocery retail.
• Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts and schematics for merchandising.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate, timely service.
• Manage ordering deadlines, reduce shrink, and optimize stock levels.
• Direct teams to stock and merchandise according to The Fresh Market standards.
