Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Food Safety certification and knowledge of safety standards.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with labor cost control and profitability improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are rotated and date controls performed.
• Control costs by monitoring operations to reduce shrink and loss.
• Assist in store readiness for physical inventories.
• Oversee receiving, deliveries, and verify invoices against records.
• Manage ordering, sanitation, inventory, and department safety.
• Coach and develop team members with performance reviews.
• Lead in-store meetings and participate in operations.
• Recruit, hire, and promote staff with collaboration from the Store Manager.
• Address Team Member concerns with discretion and escalate as needed.
• Adjust schedules and staffing to maximize productivity.
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to the team.
• Deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
