Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing a team of employees.
• Train and schedule employees to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist in hiring and training of qualified personnel.
• Understand all on-site duties including truck offloading and stocking.
• Assist in training new employees for proficiency.
• Support the Project Manager in meeting all contract requirements.
• Monitor employee time worked in timekeeping systems.
• Ensure timely completion of payroll in Time-Keeper.
• Collaborate with Project Manager for administrative duties.
• Minimize expired merchandise with quality assurance.
• Enforce policies and safety standards among employees.
