Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing and maintaining a team of employees.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to train and schedule employees.
• Ensure all staffing requirements are met.
• Gain understanding of on-site duties including stock and cleaning.
• Support Project Manager in meeting contract requirements.
• Monitor employee time worked and payroll completion.
• Interface with Regional Manager and corporate offices.
• Work with staff to minimize expired merchandise.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards.
