Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. in Philadelphia is seeking a Store Leader to develop and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising while collaborating with the Team Leader to meet sales, purchasing, and labor targets.

You will deepen product knowledge, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure vendor paperwork is properly submitted. The role requires understanding of regulatory and safety policies, strong leadership, and the ability to coach a high-performance team; a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
• High energy, enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related tools.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assists Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports and labor.
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and develops awareness of new products.
• Maintains vendor relationships and ensures vendor paperwork is submitted.
• Works with Team Leader to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Functions as point person in absence of Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs Team Members to delight customers.
• Selects, trains, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Communicates and models WFM vision and goals.
