Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking entry-level Team Members to support the Grocery team in Minneapolis. You will help receive and stock products, maintain displays, and assist customers while upholding WFM standards. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, team collaboration, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

This position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing most of the shift, and working in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh, appealing displays and properly stocked shelves.
• Assists with ordering, pricing, and back stock organization.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers customer questions promptly.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and Weights & Measures procedures.
