Whole Foods Market is hiring for an entry-level Team Member to support grocery operations in our store. You will help receive and prepare products, stock shelves, and maintain displays while upholding WFM standards and safety rules.

You will assist customers, learn product knowledge, and work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations. This role emphasizes strong customer service, merchandising, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by stocking and facing products.
• Stocks and cleans grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling and keeps areas clean and appealing.
• Completes required worksheets and inventories as needed.
• Arrives on time, dressed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and suggests additional items to customers.
• Maximizes sales through proper merchandising, storage and rotation.
• Follows safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
• Keeps a clean and sanitary work and shopping area; maintains equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures correct pricing.
• Reports safety hazards or violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
