The Fresh Market is seeking a Grocery Manager to lead team members, manage department inventory and pricing integrity with a focus on efficient operations. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

The position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Availability for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant and/or culinary fields.
• Ability to read planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department for merchandising.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate and timely service.
• Making recommendations and accommodating requests.
• Managing order guides and deadlines, reducing shrink/damage.
• Properly receiving/stocking of goods that follow rotation standards when replenishing product levels.
• Direct teams to handle, rest, and merchandising of goods that follow standards.
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and via internal training platform.
• Occasionally responsible for total store operations or Manager on Duty (MOD).
