Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in Savage, MN is seeking a Grocery Manager to oversee the Grocery Department, including staff, sales, margin and labor. You will also support other store operations when needed and assist customers with product selection, ensuring a friendly, energetic atmosphere.

We require a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of professional grocery experience; familiarity with natural foods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly sales and labor projections for the Grocery Department.

• Ensure in-stock status for ads and proper shelf tagging and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in aisles and work areas.
• Assist customers and cross-sell products to boost sales.
