Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in Savage, MN is seeking a Grocery Manager to lead the department, drive sales, margins and labor while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will hire, train, and schedule staff, monitor inventory, ensure pricing accuracy, maintain safety and cleanliness, and work closely with store leadership to meet goals. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years professional supermarket/grocery experience preferred.
• Experience in natural foods a plus.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare weekly sales and labor projections for the Grocery Department.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and pricing accuracy.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and review staff performance.
• Oversee shift operations and department scheduling.
• Ensure ads stock, product availability, and tag accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the department.
