Job summary

MOM's Organic Market is launching a Grocery Manager In Training (GMIT) program that provides structured leadership development, with an Individual Development Plan and ongoing feedback to build skills in leadership, ordering, and schedule-writing. Over 12–18 months, the GMIT will work at a minimum of two stores with an estimated hour commute of up to one hour.

The program requires a high school diploma and at least five years of related experience; candidates must be flexible with shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years minimum related work experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Google Suite and MS Office.
