Hugo's Family Marketplace is seeking a Grocery Manager to oversee daily grocery department operations, coach staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure food safety compliance. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and driving department profitability.

You will supervise a team, monitor stock and sales performance, and collaborate with others to meet store objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail or grocery, preferably in a grocery department.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with inventory management, ordering and merchandising.

Job Purpose:- The Grocery Manager at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the grocery department.
