You will oversee daily department operations, execute planograms, manage inventory and backroom organization, and coach associates to maintain high standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, food safety compliance, and a welcoming shopping experience for customers. Evenings and weekends required.

• Execute planograms, promotional sets, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and backroom organization
• Monitor shrink and implement procedures to reduce waste and loss
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and operational standards
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop grocery associates while fostering a positive team environment
