Albertsons Companies in Plano, TX is seeking a Grocery Department Manager to lead the Grocery Department, overseeing daily operations, ensuring in‑stock conditions, pricing accuracy, and high merchandising standards in a fast-paced store environment.

You will drive sales and profitability, mentor associates, schedule, and uphold food safety and safety standards while delivering top‑notch customer service and a positive team culture.

Formación

• Experience in retail grocery leadership preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising.

• Execute planograms, promotional sets, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and backroom organization.
• Monitor shrink and implement procedures to reduce waste and loss.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and operational standards.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop grocery associates while fostering a positive team environment.
