Albertsons Companies in Abilene, TX, is seeking a Grocery Department Manager to lead daily operations of the Grocery Department, drive sales and profitability, and uphold in-stock conditions, pricing accuracy, and high merchandising standards. This fast-paced, hands-on role requires strong leadership to impact store success.

You will oversee planograms, promotions, and seasonal transitions while coaching associates, ensuring food safety and compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service

• Execute planograms, promotional sets, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and backroom organization.
• Monitor shrink and implement procedures to reduce waste and loss.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and operational standards.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop grocery associates while fostering a positive team environment.
