Tom Thumb Supermarket in Lakeway, TX is seeking a Grocery Department Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and maintain in‑stock conditions with strong customer service.

You will hire, train, coach, and schedule grocery associates, ensure planograms and merchandising standards, manage inventory and backroom organization, and uphold food safety and compliance. • Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop associates while fostering a positive team environment.
