• Support training of new team members and cross-training high potential talent.
• Assist with department scheduling to boost engagement and store profitability.
• Ensure product freshness through proper rotation and dating policies.
• Lead team in compliance with food safety standards and safe operations.
• Coordinate ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and product displays.
• Foster Meijer culture, diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Operate a register and cash handling when needed.
• Operate powered equipment where applicable.
• Participate in period end inventories.
