Qualifications

• Retail or other customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with team and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach team members to exceed service goals.
• Support training new team members and cross-training.
• Assist with department scheduling to improve engagement and profitability.
• Ensure product rotation, dating policies, and safety compliance.
